Luna’s little moon adventure
Luna, a little girl with a bright smile, lives on the moon where everything sparkles like silver. She wears a shiny suit that helps her jump high and float a bit. Luna loves looking at the Earth, which looks like a big blue marble from her moon home. Her best friend is Robbie, a small robot who beeps and buzzes as he rolls around. One day, Luna’s mum tells her not to wander too far from their moon house because it can be easy to get lost. But Luna, curious and eager, wants to explore more of the moon’s craters and mountains. Mum reminds her to listen and stay close, but Luna thinks she knows her way around.
Luna’s exploration
Luna and Robbie start their adventure near their home, jumping over small rocks and sliding down moon hills. Luna repeats, „Just a little farther,” as she moves from one shiny crater to another. Robbie beeps a soft warning, but Luna is too excited to go back. They play a game of finding the shiniest rock, and Luna always wins because she jumps the highest. They see Earth shining in the sky, and Luna waves at it, saying hello to the distant world. The adventure feels magical, but soon, Luna realizes she doesn’t recognize the mountains around her. She has gone too far. Robbie beeps loudly now, trying to guide her back.
Lost and found
As the Earth begins to set, casting long shadows on the moon, Luna feels a twinge of worry. She remembers her mum’s words about staying close. „Robbie, we need to go back,” she says, her voice small. Robbie blinks his lights, agreeing. They try to find their way, but every hill and crater looks the same under the dim light. Just as Luna starts to feel really scared, she sees a familiar shiny rock – the one near her home! With relief, she follows the trail of shiny rocks back, repeating her mum’s advice in her head. Finally, they see their moon house, glowing warmly in the distance. Luna hugs Robbie, happy to be safe.
Home sweet moon
Back at home, Luna snuggles into her cosy bed, looking out at the stars. Mum sits beside her, gently tucking her in. „Did you have a good adventure?” Mum asks. Luna nods but admits she went too far. „I should have listened,” she says softly. Mum smiles, kissing her forehead. „It’s important to explore, but it’s more important to listen and stay safe,” she explains. Luna promises to always listen next time. As she drifts off to sleep, Luna dreams of her next safe adventure, knowing she’ll always remember her mum’s wise words.
